By GRACE CHAILE WRANGLES in the Patriotic Front (PF) have taken a new legal twist, with the party’s factional secretary general, Morgan Ng’ona filing a petition in the Constitutional Court, seeking to compel Parliament to declare the Matero constituency seat vacant. The seat is held by Miles Sampa, whose expulsion from the party last year remains a bone of contention. Mr Ng’ona, suing in his capacity as PF Secretary General, has named the Attorney General and the National Assembly as respondents in the petition.
