By NATION REPORTER THE Zambia Police has arrested and detained Mumbi Phiri for the unbailable offence of aggravated robbery for confronting Mike Mposha who she had accused of electoral misconduct for allegedly being in possession of pre-marked ballot papers. Ms Phiri, the former Patriotic Front (PF) deputy secretary general has been detained by police at Ibex Hill Police Station in Lusaka over charges stemming from a confrontation during the Kawambwa by-election.
