By BARNABAS ZULU CITIZENS First (CF) leader, Harry Kalaba has accused the new dawn administration of failing to attract meaningful investment into Zambia’s mining sector and has attributed the failure to rampant corruption. Dr Kalaba said the government’s policies have hampered economic growth, particularly in empowering Zambians in the mining industry.
