By GIDEON NYENDWA LEVY Ngoma, the political advisor to President Hakainde Hichilema has launched a vitriol attack against Zambia’s Sixth President Edgar Lungu and Emmanuel Jay Banda, uncouthly spewing invectives against the two at a public political rally. Addressing a political rally Mr. Ngoma, a civil servant, said the upcoming Petauke by-election is critical to the future of the constituency and credibility of the UPND, urging voters to avoid electing what he characterized as stupid useless leaders. Mr Ngoma is one of those who have been named in the abduction of Jay Jay Banda and has since been reported to police.
