By NATION REPORTER FORMER Petauke Central Member of Parliament Dr Dora Siliya has announced that she will not recontest the seat under the UPND ticket because she has moved on to other priorities and engagements. Dr Siliya who held the seat from 2006 until she lost it to Independent Emmanuel Jay Banda who was at large said while Petauke was so dear and close to her heart, her name will not be on the ballot papers in a by-election slated for February 6, 2024.
