By NATION REPORTER PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema is tomorrow expected in Tanzania on an official visit for the Mission 300 Africa Energy summit. Mulambo Haimbe, the Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister said in a statement yesterday that President Hichilema would return immediately after the summit.
