By GIDEON NYENDWA PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema is set to pay a state visit to Japan from February 3 to 7 at the invitation of Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba. Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Mulambo Haimbe has announced that President Hichilema’ visit marked a significant step in strengthening Zambia-Japan bilateral relations, which were rooted in shared values and mutual aspirations.
