By SENIYA BANDA THE Community Action Against Corruption (CAAC) has criticized what it describes as a selective approach in Zambia’s fight against corruption, particularly following the dismissal of several Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) officers implicated in corrupt practices after a damning audit report.
