By GRACE CHAILE THE trial of former Zambian First Lady Esther Lungu, accused of theft of three motor vehicles, was adjourned due to her absence. Ms Lungu is jointly charged with four others, including two police officers, James Phiri and Lee Chisulo, as well as Kapambwe Lungu and Catherine Banda. The case, being heard by Magistrate Mbuywana Sinvula, was scheduled for continuation of trial, but was adjourned in chambers to February 26 for mention and March 24 for continuation of trial.
