By BARNABAS ZULU NEW Heritage Party leader Chishala Kateka has said the decision by the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) to award the ballot paper printing tender to the Dubai-based firm, Al Ghurair, is allegedly meant to financially cripple the opposition. According to Ms. Kateka, the decision is costly and will prevent opposition parties from observing the printing process.
