By BARNABAS ZULU THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has strongly condemned the violence that broke out during the campaign in the Petauke by-election, which on Sunday, escalated to the extent that some Tonse Alliance members were severely beaten and hacked while a house belonging to a UPND sympathizer was extensively damaged and his blankets burnt.
