By BARNABAS ZULU The Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has canceled the tender for printing ballot papers, initially awarded to a South African company, Ren Form CC and has now opted for Al Ghurair Printing and Publishing, a Dubai-based firm, to handle the printing and delivery of ballot papers and other election materials for next year’s general election.
