By BARNABAS ZULU MINISTRY of Health Permanent Secretary, Dr. Kennedy Lishimpi, has denied reports that he was summoned by the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) in connection with the ongoing investigation into the Global Fund corruption scandal. The scandal led to the dismissal of Dr. Christopher Simoonga, the Ministry’s former administration counterpart, by President Hakainde Hichilema.
