By GIDEON NYENDWA and BARNABAS ZULU GILBERT Phiri, the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has exonerated Mumbi Phiri, Jean Chisenga, lawyer Celestine Mukandila and Peter Chanda and has cleared them from allegations of having committed aggravated robbery during the Kawambwa by-election for which Ms Phiri has remained detained for more than two weeks. Ms Mumbi Phiri, the former deputy secretary general of the Patriotic Front (PF), Jean Chisenga, Mambilima law maker, Peter Chanda and Lusaka lawyer Celestine Mukandila have now been cleared of having committed any criminal offence by the DDP.
