By GRACE CHAILE EZEKIEL Kayumba, a Citizens First party candidate, has petitioned the Lusaka High Court to nullify the Electoral Commission of Zambia’s (ECZ) decision to invalidate his nomination for the Pambashe Constituency by-elections. Kayumba claimed ECZ’s decision was unfair, illegal, and null and void. He argued that ECZ failed to provide a properly gazetted nomination timetable and did not give him a clear cut-off time to submit his nomination papers.
