By BUUMBA CHIMBULU FOLLOWING a public outcry on the poor state of small banknotes currently circulating in the economy, the Bank of Zambia (BoZ) has moved to withdraw from circulation the damaged banknotes to be replaced with new and clean ones by end of March this year.
