By BARNABAS ZULU POLICE in Lusaka have arrested and charged Nkana Independent Member of Parliament, Binwell Mpundu with sedition for calling on the opposition to defend themselves from the violence and attacks being perpetrated by the UPND cadres. Mr Mpundu circulated a video recently in which he urged opposition members to defend themselves if attacked by police or UPND cadres. Chilubi Member of Parliament Mulenga Fube, who accompanied Mr. Mpundu to the Force Headquarters for questioning, confirmed the arrest and detention.
