By SHARON ZULU THE Continental Leadership Research Institute has expressed concern over the delay by Government in the constitutional making process. Executive Director Mundia Hakoola says the delay is a concern as it threaten to erode public confidence. Mr Hakoola has called on Government to prioritise the constitutional making process in order to refine the constitution. He says citizens have complained about the lacunas in the Constitution but government does not seem to be in a hurry to refine it.
