By NATION REPORTER KAFULA Mubanga, the president for the Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) has advised Government to introduce a fuel refund to those using the Mozambique route as it is a shorter and cheaper way to use compared to the others being proposed. Dr Mubanga said in an interview that it would be costly to think of other routes as suggested by other energy experts. “It will be costly to transport petrol using other routes other than the Mozambique one.
