By NATION REPORTER ZAMBIA has been selected to host the 13th Ordinary Meeting of the Lake Tanganyika Authority (LTA) Conference of Ministers in October 2025, following a unanimous decision by the four-member states. These member states are Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Tanzania, and Zambia. The announcement was made during the 12th Ordinary Meeting held in Kinshasa, DRC.
