By NATION REPORTER GETRUDE Imenda has charged that the UPND would not be doomed if it is going to lose the Kawambwa parliamentary by-election because according to her the governing party would still maintain its supremacy in numbers in the House to pass any legislation. Ms Imenda has however dismissed media reports that the UPND does not need Nickson Chilangwa’s Kawambwa seat whose by-election is scheduled for next week on grounds that it has the numbers to pass any legislation that would be brought to House.
