By GRACE CHAILE THE Judicial Complaints Commission (JCC) has submitted to the court that the dismissal of three Constitutional Court judges was based on evidence that they were not qualified to hold the office of judge. According to Brian Gombwa, JCC’s acting secretary, the dismissal of Judge Annie Sitali, Mungeni Mulenga, and Palan Mulonda was not based on their interpretation of the constitution in the 2016 presidential election petition, as previously asserted.
