By GIDEON NYENDWA THE consortium of civil society organisations, including churches which have rejected the Cyber Crimes, the Cyber Security and the Anti-Terrorism Bills have now resolved to stage a protest at Parliament grounds next week against government’s manuevours to enact the bills they have described as authoritarian and draconian into law. The nine CSO have since notified the police to protest against the Cyber Security Bill, Cyber Crimes Bill, and Anti-Terrorism Bill currently before the Parliament.
