By GIDEON NYENDWA TOBACCO Control Consortium of Zambia (TCCZ) has called on President Hakainde Hichilema to facilitate the enactment of the Tobacco Control Bill. Speaking during press briefing TCCZ chairperson, Albert Phiri said last year Mr. Hichilema approved in principle the introduction of the Tobacco Control Bill but unfortunately the Bill has not seen the light of the day in parliament.
