By GIDEON NYENDWA PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has called on Zambians to unite in prayer for rain and commit to farming as the country seeks a good harvest amid ongoing drought challenges. Speaking at the National Day of Prayer held at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross, Mr Hichilema has emphasised the need for both divine intervention and citizen action to ensure food security. President Hichilema has urged Zambians to work diligently in the farms, highlighting the government’s plan to adopt year-round farming practices. “When God answers our prayers, it is important that we also do our part by working hard in the fields,” President Hichilema stated.
