By DORICAH SAKALA THE Civil Society for Poverty Reduction (CSPR) has observed that economic vulnerability among Zambians has continued to rise despite government’s political will to improve the lives of citizens. Isabel Mukelabai, the CSPR executive director says while there is a lot of political will from government to improve the livelihood of the citizens, there is more that needs to be done. Ms Mukelabai says the increase in economic vulnerability among many Zambians is as a result of the increasing rate of extreme poverty levels.
