Criminal attempts to slice mentally challenged mas’s scrotum

A MAN believed to be a mental patient of Kitwe’s Buchi area has escaped a serious injury after having his private parts almost cut by an unidentified criminal. Copperbelt Province Police Commanding Officer, Peacewell Mweemba told ZANIS that the victim who is suspected to be a mental patient is usually found at a dumpsite behind Zambeef Buchi branch in Kitwe.
