It is inconceivable that in a country grappling with healthcare challenges, vital medical supplies would be left stranded and unpaid for, while millions of dollars are at stake. This saga not only points to gross mismanagement but suggests deliberate tampering and potential sabotage aimed at concealing evidence of corrupt practices.
