By BARNABAS ZULU VETERAN coach George Lwandamina is poised to take over as head coach of Nchanga Rangers following his departure from Zesco United, according to sources close to the Chingola outfit. Lwandamina, 61, is set to sign a two-year contract with the struggling side and will be unveiled later this week. Lwandamina, who was recently dismissed by Zesco United after their elimination from the CAF Confederation Cup, is expected to bring his wealth of experience to Nchanga as they aim to stave off relegation. “Lwandamina has agreed to join Nchanga Rangers on a two-year deal,” a source familiar with the matter disclosed. The new technical bench for Nchanga will also include Mulwanda Boyd, Israel Mwanza and Yona Phiri.
