By NATION REPORTER LINDA Banks, a staunch critic of former President Edgar Lungu has described him as a unique and genuinely loving leader whose positive attributes have left a lasting impression on many Zambians. Ms Banks, an academician based in the United Kingdom, says beyond his political decisions, former President Lungu had unique attributes which even when one hates or loves him, are undisputable. In her write up titled “Edgar Lungu: The Accidental President Who Seduced Zambia,” Ms Banks, who also studied journalism, said her paper was not about assessing Mr Lungu’s leadership qualities or his tenure as President of Zambia.
