By GIDEON NYENDWA VICE PRESIDENT, Mutale Nalumango has questioned how the vehicle that collided with the President Hakainde Hichilema’s motorcade sweeper and caused the death of police officer found its way onto the presidential route. Mrs. Nalumango said each time the presidential motorcade was passing, the roads were cleared by police and it would be prudent to find how that vehicle found itself on the cleared road and the motive for doing so. She said this during the Vice President’s question time in parliament when Mpika Member of Parliament, Robert Kapyanga asked a question on whether President Hakainde Hichilema would consider moving to State House from his private residence considering that his movements had caused the death of two people.
