By NATION REPORTERTHE poverty assessments report reveals that poverty levels have increased from 54.4 percent to 60 percent, indicating that the country is becoming very poor, governance expert Wesley Miyanda has said.“Poverty is best defined as a condition where people’s basic needs such as food, clothing and shelter are not met. Poverty in general is scarcity or the state of one who lacks a certain amount of material possessions.
