By NATION REPORTERGOVERNMENT is delaying to engage other Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to use the Tazama pipeline because some officials are benefitting from Agro Fuel which was single sourced, Oil Marketing Companies Association of Zambia (OMCAZ) president Kafula Mubanga has said.Dr Mubanga said obviously, there are benefits coming from the Agro Fuel using the pipeline.In an interview, Dr Mubanga said it is tantamount to corruption to only allow one supplier to use the pipeline.He said if there is no corruption attached to the Tazama deal, Government cannot sideline OMCs who have the capacity to supply the petroleum products.“Because there are some benefits that are coming from the player that is using the pipeline, this is why other players are being sidelined CLICK TO READ MORE
