A SHOWDOWN between the State and the Barotse Royal Establishment (BRE) is looming at this year’s Kuomboka traditional ceremony as the Litunga, the King of the Lozi people has invited His Royal Highness, Paramount Chief Chitimukulu as the guest of honour much to the displeasure of President Hakainde Hichilema, who has decided to attend the event as Zambia’s Citizen number one.
