FORMER President Edgar Lungu has advised President Hakainde Hichilema to humble himself and apologise to Zambians for having failed to reduce the price of mealie meal as he had promised while in opposition instead of mocking citizens to switch from eating nshima made out maize to nshima cooked from cassava mealie meal.
