By MICHAEL MIYOBATHE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has confirmed the arrest and jointly charged Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) president Andrew Kamanga and his general secretary Reuben Kamanga for money laundering offences.DEC assistant Public Relations Officer Sydney Katongo confirmed in a statement issued to the media that the two are charge with other two officials identified as Madalitso Kamanga, aged 53, residing in Lusaka’s Woodlands Chalala, and Jairous Siame, aged 44, residing in Lusaka’s Mumbwa Road.
