LUSAKA resident magistrate, Irene Wishimanga has discharged former Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) Chief Executive Officer, Zindaba Soko and two others in a matter they are jointly charged with forgery and uttering of false documents contrary to the laws of Zambia.
