THE Constitutional Court has reserved its ruling to June 27, 2024, on the Preliminary Issues raised by Miles Sampa, urging the court to dismiss the matter in which Ronald Chitotela and eight other Patriotic Front (PF) MPs are challenging their expulsion from the party.
