THERE was commotion at the Supreme Court yesterday when police fired bullets in the air and teargas canisters at the hired rowdy youths purported to be students from three higher learning institutions, including the University of Zambia who staged a demonstration against former President Edgar Lungu demanding that the Constitutional Court should walk back and declare him ineligible to stand as a presidential candidate.
