THE UPND has vandalised all institutions of good governance, including the Legislature, the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) and the Registrar of Societies from which a senior civil servant, Thandiwe Mhenda-Phiri was fired for refusing to commit a crime of illegally changing the legitimate officer bearers of the Patriotic Front (PF), Binwell Mpundu, the Nkana Independent MP has said.
