RIZWANI Patel, the Patriotic Front (PF) official in Petauke and two others have remained incarcerated for nearly two months now despite President Hakainde Hichilema repeatedly directing the law enforcement agencies against keeping suspects in custody for more than 24 hours without either taking them to court or releasing them on bail for bailable offences.
