THERE was drama in Parliament yesterday when, for the first time in Zambia’s Parliamentary history, the Executive in protest against the suspension of Leader of the Opposition in Parliament Brian Mundubile, caused a division, forcing first Deputy Speaker, Malungo Chisangano to call for the vote.
