THE Patriotic Front (PF) has instructed its councillors in Mufulira to ignore with contempt it deserves a letter by expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa’s surrogate called Daniel Chibale, purporting to have suspected 15 civic leaders for supporting an independent candidate in a ward by-election in the area.
