THE continued blocking of the Patriotic Front (PF) from participating in the many by-elections by the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) is nothing but systematic rigging that can easily plunge the country into chaos because Zambians are fast getting agitated that they are being disenfranchised, the Operation Young Vote (OYV) has warned.
