THE Judiciary should redeem itself from allegations that it is abetting illegalities and lawlessness for having inertly allowed expelled Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa to continue carrying himself as Patriotic Front (PF) president when no court or tribunal has declared him leader of the former ruling party, Kasonde Mwenda has said.
