SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti yesterday caused pandemonium in the House after she curtailed points of order from the Patriotic Front (PF) Members of Parliament over the alleged appoint of suspended Mafinga Member of Parliament, Robert Chabinga as Leader of the Opposition.
