ORDINARILY, the issue of expelled Patriotic Front (PF) Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa and his illegal conduct would have been a straight forward matter for the courts to deal with, but no more. Nowadays, not even the Constitution, the supreme law of the land matters any more.
