In an affidavit sworn by counsel Mubita Imasiku Lifunana the law firm said it was withdrawing on account of failure by Mr Sampa to provide them with proper and timely instructions.“That the granting of an order to withdraw as advocates will not prejudice the plaintiff but that in the converse, justice will be done as he will be able to engage counsel of his choice and that the plaintiff is also represented by other co advocates who are still on record,” he said.Meanwhile, Mr Lubinda has […]
