GOVERNMENT has suspended the engagement of Agro-Fuel Investments Limited, which had been single-sourced to import processed low-Sulphur diesel and has now engaged Devon Oil Zambia Limited to supply the product at a competitively cheaper price than the Energy Regulation Board’s regulated wholesale price.
