A BATTALION of armed police officers yesterday besieged Parliament premises with some stationed right at the entrance to the National Assembly building in circumstances Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister explained as looking for two Members of Parliament (MPs) whom he claimed were evading a bench warrant.
